Refund policy
Returns of unused physical products will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Digital products are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping addresses. Items that are delivered to the wrong address that was originally provided by the customer are non-refundable.
Delayed Shipments
If tracking shows that your package has been accepted by the carrier but is experiencing delays, please note that transit times are outside of our control once the order is handed over to USPS. In cases where tracking has not updated for 10 business days after acceptance, you may request a replacement (if the item is in stock) or a refund/store credit. For limited or sold-out items, a refund or store credit will be issued. If the original package is eventually delivered after a replacement is sent, we may request its return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@auralign.shop
